What do you think about Mother Nature’s idea of winter in the Northeast? She must be joking, right? Doesn’t She know when ‘enough is enough’? There should be a way to divert Her attention to the Western States – I think She forgot to ‘share the moisture’!
I have an idea – all of you who are stuck in the snowy areas of the country, pack a bag with snow or ice and send it to us or, better yet, bring it with you when you can manage to get to the airport and the planes get unstuck from the ice and snow. When you finally get here to Arizona, stay a while and thaw out a bit! While you’re thawing, you really need to check out the homes in Phoenix’s East Valley for your warm winter home (with no shoveling)! It’s so much easier to shovel sunshine than heavy wet ice and snow! Hunter and I grew up in Northern Utah and we thought it was cold there in the winter – we’re still thawing out after moving here 30 years ago! You North Easterners know much better than we do!
The home-buying forecast is also changing here in Arizona. There are signs that it may be in the process of balancing out from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market. Lately, sales have been slow because of rising interest rates and buyers haven’t been confident enough in the economy. We now see hints that it’s beginning to change.
Check the information tabs here on our website for the city, neighborhood and homes where you’d like to be. There are some really great prices in so many great neighborhoods, whether you want an upgraded home or a brand new one – we can help with anything you might find here in the Southeast Valley, in the Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona areas of the beautiful Northern Arizona country and even in the amazing Eastern Arizona towns of Show Low, Holbrook, Pinetop and Lakeside. Take a look and make your change before Mother Nature socks you in for good!
